Don Keenan and David Ball have presented this introductory Reptile seminar,
“Welcome to the Revolution,” to more than 4,500 trial lawyers across the country.
Without throwing out tried-and-true methods, the new techniques that Keenan and
Ball have discovered turn even the worst jurors into your allies. They will show you what they
have learned, so you can join the revolution that is taking the courtroom back from insurance
companies, chambers of commerce, and corporations. The results of their ongoing research
mean that the long courtroom nightmare of tort “reform” is finally ending. If you think this
is an exaggeration, you have not yet learned the new approach! Register today!
This seminar has been approved for 14.0 CLE Credits with the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners and 14.25 CLE Credits by the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education. Registrants from states other than Wisconsin and Minnesota may be able to apply for CLE with their state's Continuing Legal Education board individually; for this purpose, WAJ will provide certificates of attendance upon request.
