Panel Discussion on Opening Statements

Two WAJ New Lawyers Division members, Christopher MacGillis and Kathryn Llaurado will each give a 10 minute opening statement based on a sample fact pattern involving a low impact, rear end collision resulting in soft tissue neck and back injuries. The WAJ Past President Panel Members, Don Prachthauser, Pat Dunphy, and George Curtis will participate in a moderated discussion about the opening statements and provide tips for more powerful opening statements.
