Speak Out for Civil Justice
The Wisconsin Association for Justice supports its members in educating the public about civil justice, the truth about tort “reform,” and our citizens’ basic rights.
Who better than a trial attorney to explain the importance of our civil justice system?
You can help with this effort by volunteering in your community to speak to groups, and to represent personal injury lawyers across the state.

Expose the Threats of Tort “Reform” and Preserve the Right to a Jury Trial
The WAJ Speakers Bureau makes speeches, speaking materials and contacts for local organizations available to WAJ members. When you talk to your neighbors about civil justice, they hear the real story about our system and its value to Wisconsinites.
With Speakers Bureau resources, you can arrange discussions about the civil justice system with many people in your backyard:
- Community and service organizations
- Religious groups
- Political or civic organizations
- University, colleges or school groups
- Optimist Club
- Chambers of Commerce
- and other community groups
