Registration and distribution of course materials begins Friday, October 16, at 7:45 a.m. at the Seminar Registration desk.

Seminar Materials
Seminar materials will be distributed in advance by secure link on our website. If you would prefer a hard copy of the materials at the seminar for an additional $25 charge, please be sure to select the correct registration option and register by September 15th.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the program. Refunds are subject to a $15 service charge.

At the door registrations will be charged a $20 surcharge. 

Substitution & Cancellation Policy: Attendee substitutions may be made at any time and are encouraged when the original registrant cannot attend. If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least three (3) business days (or 72 hours) prior to the program to receive a refund less a $15 service charge. Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the program will incur the full registration cost.
